AdSense recently added a couple of very cool features inside of the account area that gives publishers more control over what ads appear on your sites and lets you block certain Google certified ad networks also. The addition of the ad networks should be nice and will most likely wind up letting publishers earn more from competing advertisers inside of the network.

Now there is multiple ways that you can tweak your account that will help you in improving your AdSense earnings. First off you can utilize the competitive ad filter that can block certain advertisers that don’t pay much from appearing in your ads. This also comes in useful if you own a product and want to block competitor ads. It can also help in getting smart priced by Google which adjusts your click payout based on the quality of your pages and various other factors like click through rate and conversions.

The Ad Review Center

I am in love with the newest feature of AdSense the Ad review center. This lets you block certain categories of ads from appearing on your sites and can improve your CTR by showing more relevant ads on your website. The other cool feature is that it gives you an estimate of how well each category is performing with a impressions and earnings percentage reading. This way you can turn off low converting category with high impressions which should in return improve the overall earnings of your entire network.

Certified Ad Networks

Now Google lets you pick and choose which ad networks are allowed to appear on your sites. This is yet one more addition that can help you out in blocking low paying advertisers and improving your click through and conversion which will help you earn more money in the future with more quality clicks and visitors.

I’ve already applied all three of these tweaks to my account and have noticed a slight improvement in earnings and clicks. Don’t let anybody tell you that AdSense is dead. It still pays very well and you can turn it into a business if you want. The key is always doing excellent keyword research and providing the search engines with quality website content and a solid back link strategy.

Today I’m going to officially start off with building my micro niche site empire. Now I’ve had an AdSense account for a very long time but never really thought it could be a profitable maintenance free business model. The maintenance is minimal and the setup time is very quick and also if you don’t want to do any work at all you can totally outsource every step of the process.

In a nutshell it all comes down to doing really great keyword research. The theory behind the micro niche business model is that instead of building one big authority site that earns a couple of hundred a day, you build smaller sites in the hundreds or thousands that each earn anywhere from $1-$5 a day. The advantage of this is that these micro sites will rank much quicker and stay there for a long time because of virtually no competition.

The process is simple and follows this order:
1. Do initial keyword research and pick 4-5 one to three word phrases that have high search volume and very little competition. I’ll get into details later on but to brainstorm niches I generally start out by using Micro Niche Finder. I like to find keywords that have a minimum of 2500 searches a month and under 10,000 competing pages in Google.

2. Get your web content written on your low competition keyword phrases. This can be the most time consuming part. I typically hate writing, but if I have to do it I’ll pick out some articles online from a directory and rewrite them using The Best Spinner. This seriously is an amazing piece of software. It’s about the closest thing you gonna come by that will let you literally push a button and get a semi-unique article in a matter of seconds. You can also manually rewrite articles very fast using your keyboard. Your other alternative for content is to hire a freelance writer. You can get articles written cheaply for about $6 per 500 words.

3. Build your blog, wait till it gets indexed and start an automated back links campaign. This is the third and final step and this is what drives traffic to your site, moves your site up in the rankings to page one and gets you paid from AdSense when visitors come and click on your ads. Without back links your site is dead in the water and will never be found. A strong link building campaign is vital to the success of any site you launch if you want to land on Google page one. Now again this is a process you are going to want to automate or outsource because it can be the most time consuming of all. Right now there are two tools I am using to automate the link building process. They are Bookmark Wiz and Backlink Solutions.

Once you get through these three steps you should be in a couple of weeks on page one and earning money. Now assuming an earnings of $1 a day minimum you should be able to break even in about one month if all you spent money on was a domain name ($10) and five articles ($25). After this your earnings are all profit and you can even take the site and flip it for ten times earnings on eBay or various forums online which list sites for sale with existing traffic and revenue.

I’m aiming to put up about 2-3 sites a week. My goal is about 200-250 micro niche sites that each earn a minimum of $1 a day on the low end and $5 a day on the high end. This should get me to the $400-500 a day mark with AdSense by the end of the year.

I really enjoy building micro niche blogs that earn $1-2 dollars a day, but there is still work involved. Yes you can outsource every step of the process, but I’m very lazy when it comes to setting everything up and keeping up the maintenance of adding unique content and building endless amounts of back links to maintain search engine positions.

What if you can tap into a totally fresh and unique content that Google has never indexed and import this automatically into your blog?

That’s what the Autoblog Traffic Cash System by Chad Kimball teaches you. I’ve been following this guys stuff for quite some time and it’s very good information. He really puts some quality courses together and spends a lot of time on it.

It’s always been my dream to discover a totally automated hands free system to generate cash on demand. Now traditional autoblogging is difficult. Yes you can easily put up a blog that pulls content from other sites and feeds and it may thrive in the search engines for awhile, but eventually your going to get de-indexed, banned, or your rankings will fall. The truth is that almost every autoblogging system out there leaves some kind of footprint that Google can pick out and you will eventually be discovered. Not with the Free Traffic System. This is surely the only way you can safely autoblog and provide Google with what they want. A unique content source that is not in there index.

So first I am going to start out with some keyword research and pick out some profitable niches. There is no quicker way to do this then with the Micro Niche Finder tool. I’m going to find a couple of niches that I can easily monetize with Adsense and CPA ads and let it run for about 30 days and see where I’m at with traffic and cash. I’m hoping that these sites will outperform my current micro niche sites. This will save me a lot of money in content outsourcing.

This will be my day to day journal of what it is I’m doing to generate cash online including tools I’m using and methods I’m utilizing to generate money online.
