Day 1: Building a Micro Niche Site Empire with Google AdSense
Today I’m going to officially start off with building my micro niche site empire. Now I’ve had an AdSense account for a very long time but never really thought it could be a profitable maintenance free business model. The maintenance is minimal and the setup time is very quick and also if you don’t want to do any work at all you can totally outsource every step of the process.
In a nutshell it all comes down to doing really great keyword research. The theory behind the micro niche business model is that instead of building one big authority site that earns a couple of hundred a day, you build smaller sites in the hundreds or thousands that each earn anywhere from $1-$5 a day. The advantage of this is that these micro sites will rank much quicker and stay there for a long time because of virtually no competition.
The process is simple and follows this order:
1. Do initial keyword research and pick 4-5 one to three word phrases that have high search volume and very little competition. I’ll get into details later on but to brainstorm niches I generally start out by using Micro Niche Finder. I like to find keywords that have a minimum of 2500 searches a month and under 10,000 competing pages in Google.
2. Get your web content written on your low competition keyword phrases. This can be the most time consuming part. I typically hate writing, but if I have to do it I’ll pick out some articles online from a directory and rewrite them using The Best Spinner. This seriously is an amazing piece of software. It’s about the closest thing you gonna come by that will let you literally push a button and get a semi-unique article in a matter of seconds. You can also manually rewrite articles very fast using your keyboard. Your other alternative for content is to hire a freelance writer. You can get articles written cheaply for about $6 per 500 words.
3. Build your blog, wait till it gets indexed and start an automated back links campaign. This is the third and final step and this is what drives traffic to your site, moves your site up in the rankings to page one and gets you paid from AdSense when visitors come and click on your ads. Without back links your site is dead in the water and will never be found. A strong link building campaign is vital to the success of any site you launch if you want to land on Google page one. Now again this is a process you are going to want to automate or outsource because it can be the most time consuming of all. Right now there are two tools I am using to automate the link building process. They are Bookmark Wiz and Backlink Solutions.
Once you get through these three steps you should be in a couple of weeks on page one and earning money. Now assuming an earnings of $1 a day minimum you should be able to break even in about one month if all you spent money on was a domain name ($10) and five articles ($25). After this your earnings are all profit and you can even take the site and flip it for ten times earnings on eBay or various forums online which list sites for sale with existing traffic and revenue.
I’m aiming to put up about 2-3 sites a week. My goal is about 200-250 micro niche sites that each earn a minimum of $1 a day on the low end and $5 a day on the high end. This should get me to the $400-500 a day mark with AdSense by the end of the year.

Hey, really like your site. I have been using Micro Niche finder for about 6 months now, wish I had started using it sooner. What a time saver!!! I am going into the micro sites myself and was looking for some info on using adsense. I will give your plan a try and see what happens.
thanks,
Randy
Hey Randy,
Micro Niche Finder is a great tool. I personally use it in combined with Market Samurai to double check my results, they are the best keyword research tools in my opinion but as far as saving time you should really check out Magic Niche Finder. It’s like MNF and MS on autopilot! Seriously this thing is powerful and a big time saver.
Right now I leaning towards moving away from micro niche sites. They still are powerful and earn good money but I’m afraid it might just be a short trend. If your playing the AdSense game and relying on organic traffic your destiny and earnings potential is ultimately in the hands of the Google Gods!
My best advice is to provide your visitors with high quality content. The reason for this is the better your content is, the more people will link to it and the higher it will rank in the SERPS thus making you more AdSense money. It’s really that easy.
Good luck with your AdSense business and let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Dan
